Letsema Consulting is the first black-owned and managed management consulting firm in South Africa, branding it as a pioneering company.
The brief was to design an office environment that reflected the diverse nature of Letsema's business, as well as staff, with refined sophistication. Another key element was the careful consideration that was to be given to the firm's contemporary art collection.
HesseKleinloog endeavoured to design an office space for thinkers. The space needed to be structured enough to reflect the value of the work they do but relaxed enough to allow for innovative problem solving.

Capturing the warmth
From a finishing perspective, it was important to capture the warmth of the environment through the use of true materials - oiled oak, brass inlaid marble and gentle grasscloth wallpaper.
An array of spaces
The result was an array of spaces, designed to meet the various needs of its users - from quiet spaces, to interactive areas - all surrounded by an incredible investment in South African Artists from Mohau Modikaseng to Sam Nhlengethwa
