HesseKleinloog worked with Sasfin on the space planning, design, detailing and furnishing of their flagship Wealth offices in Melrose Arch.

During the design process, it is important for us to research the identity of our client and to merge it with the design. This project called on intelligent design to successfully marry sophisticated spatial planning with luxurious materials and employee comforts.

Sasfin wanted their interiors to convey consideration, care and thought - the same qualities that they provide to their client's and investments.

90 percent of the furniture used in the project was made in South Africa, with international quality- which is noteworthy accomplishment

To make the workspace appear more open, the team incorporated full-length glass partitioning between different workspaces. This helps create a space that encourages integration rather than segregation.
